Evaluation post

Hi everyone👋! Welcome to my evaluation post. I hope you enjoyed my last blog about secondary research.

Now, I'll be talking about how I created power point for my preentation✅.

These are my slides for the presentation that I will be explainning in this blog:

☑First slide :

Second slide:

Third Slide:

I'll be talking about these slides and how i did each part of it , so that you can also learn from that and have a good experience.

☑ First step : add new balnk presentation

Explanation: This screenshot shows how to creat a new blank when start the presentation

☑ Second step : add a background to the slide

At first clicked on insert as i did in this example here:

Then I clicked on image buttom  and I choose the image from my files
Once you do this step you'll find like this :

Explanation: This screenshot shows how to add a background the your slides

☑ Step 3:  Add text to the slide

As i did before , at first you press again on insert

And then press on text box, and finnaly you get the box to write a text. This how I've added all the text in my presntation as i show you before in my slides.

The same thing for images , I added them the same method that I showed you before in adding the background .

Explanation: This step shows how to a text box in your presentation.

☑ Step 4:  Add bullet points

As you can see here , at first you press on home which is next to insert that we've used before. Then you go the bullet point which are in the middle as you can see in the red circle.

After that you can directly chose what ever type of bullet point you like.

Explanaton: This screenshot shows how to add bullet point to make your presentation looks perfect.

In the procces of making my ppt I think a lot about it because in the presentation you always need to put a good design, white space and a good images that related to the topicSo I did a plan for everythin from the first slide to the last one including which images I'll put, design and how many words that I'll put.

Now that I've covered everything about my presentation including how to add image or background, how to add text, how to add bullet points and thought about the procces of making my presentation.

let's move on to talk about my Gantt chart which shows my project timeline.

A Gantt chart's basically a type of bar chart that shows the steps or schedule of a project. It lays out the different tasks or activities, usually listed down the side, while the timeline days, weeks, months, or even years runs across the top. Each task is shown as a bar that stretches over the time it's meant to take.

The charts above show the steps we followed for our presentation, what we did and when. Covering around 15 days of planning and organising, as explained in our presentation.

I used this Gantt chart as it helps me manage my time effectivelly💪 which is one of thing that i learned from this project  including sitting a timer for every task ⌛and collaborite with my collegues in the presentation. This Gantt chart help us to devide parts of the presentation between all members of the group.

From this project, I also understand one thing which is practise makes perfect, at first when i heard this i didn't u derstand until i started this project and then i understand it. When you practise something z lot you'll be perfect on it , So this was one of the biggest thing i've learned in mylife because of this project.

Next time if I get the chance to do another project I'll try to add more information and more sources in my presentation💹. I'll also practise for the question that I might get from the audience so that i'll be at least ready for some questions.

Conclusion:

In conclusion , social media is good for keeping in touch with family and friends and even making new mates abroad . It’s dead handy for catching up on news and diving into educational content, plus there’s loads of entertaining stuff and chances to network for work or hobbies .(Drahošová, and Balco, 2017)

That said, it’s not without its cons: there’s always a worry your data might be shared without you knowing , spending hours glued to your screen can take a toll on your health  and you’ve got to watch out for fake news and nasty trolls.  Instagram’s the dominator, yet over half of you aren’t convinced you can trust what you see online . Most of us use it to stay connected and up to date, though quite a few also shop and learn through it. (Talaue and A, 2018)

In the future, it’s clear social media addiction isn’t going anywhere many of us will still be glued to our screens. That’s why it’s important for everyone to stay aware and use these platforms in a way that works for us, rather than letting them take over.

Finally, remember every post leaves a digital footprint that can stay with you in future, what you share today might come back to haunt you years down the line, so be smart and stay aware. (Solove, 2007,  ReputationX, n.d.).
